The Comporta Reserve, the last secret yet to be revealed

La Réserve, a new hotel residence and comfortable holiday home rental in Carvalhal-Comporta, invites you to slow down and live in the moment. We wanted to create spaces where the outside and inside are one and the same, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature.

A word from the architect

To create La Réserve, we brought together all the architectural elements typical of the region. The idea was to preserve the unique character of the site. White and blue buildings reminiscent of the village of Comporta, white-walled houses, landscaped gardens with swimming pool and brazier... The interiors of the villas offer absolute comfort and generous space. Everything has been thought of to make this a serene and relaxing place to be.

A word from the decorator

Comporta is all about simplicity and complexity. It has its own distinctive style, both bohemian and sophisticated. To decorate the flats and houses, we have used materials from the region, in traditional or reinterpreted ways, authentic and chic. "I believe in the magic of mixing styles that can surprise and amaze, creating an overall harmony. We've kept to the design and materials that are characteristic of the Comporta spirit, an ethnic bohemian chic! We're always in good taste, thanks to our collaboration with top brands and vintage pieces."

A word from the landscaper

Gardens play a key role in Comporta. The boundary between indoors and outdoors is infinitesimal. During the day, you can enjoy a refreshing swimming pool, and in the evening, you can dine by candlelight. The gardens at La Réserve are sandy, with native vegetation, intense aromas and serene colours where you can walk barefoot on narrow wooden walkways. Natural dunes, lush gardens as far as the eye can see, you've found your piece of paradise, and so have your children.
